For the fifth year in a row, INSIDE BUSINESS honored 25 of the top businesswomen in Hampton Roads. The Women in Business Achievement Awards are designed to celebrate women who have been successful in their business and careers, have made a significant impact on the business community and local economy and have served as mentors and examples to others. Nominations were sought from the public detailing the businesswomen’s work and community service history. A panel of independent judges, including several previous honorees, made the final selections.

The Women in Business Achievement Awards has become a highly prestigious event that is well-recognized in the local business community. The award luncheon was held at Norfolk Waterside Marriott on Monday, December 10, 2007.

Reed Integration, Inc. provider of technical solutions and training to government and commercial industries announced today that Professional Certificates in Project and Program Management will be launched this fall with Old Dominion University. Courses will be held at the new ODU Tri-Cities Higher Education Center in Suffolk along Hampton Roads high-tech I-664 corridor.
