The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) awarded Becky Reed the Outstanding Service Award during the International Symposium in San Diego, CA, for ''Outstanding Service to INCOSE as President of both the Huntsville AL (2001-2002) and Hampton Roads Area (2006) chapters of INCOSE and sustained community involvement to advance systems engineering as a profession''.
